Our culinary offerings are prepared from a blend of culinary and herbal plants, locally sourced vegetables, and seasonal wild vegetables, thoughtfully prepared to suit the tastes of our discerning guests. The resort’s garden/farm also farms chickens and trout fish, complemented by the use of fresh spring water.
